Hybrid ovens feature multiple sections that use different heating systems to cater to a variety of baking needs. To ensure consumers receive a high-quality experience, we design optimum oven configurations for every product or process. Typically, a combination of direct gas-fire and indirect convection ovens is utilized to bake crackers and sweet biscuits. Some products may require a hybrid oven with an initial cyclothem section equipped with indirect convection heating.
